1 oz Saint James Agricole Bio Rhum [ %56.5]
1 oz El Dorado 5yo Demerara Ru,
1 oz Dan’s Mix*
2 oz pineapple juice
3 pieces fresh pineapple (1 inch size)
1 oz citrus mix**
3 dashes exotic bitters***
Add all the ingredient in a blender ,
Blend until smooth, add crushed ice, blend again. Serve in a cognac snifter, garnish with pineapple skin ring, 2 mint sprigs and orchid (side)
*Equal Parts: Reàl Blue Agave Nectar / Unsweetened Passion Fruit Puree
** Equal Parts: Lime Juice / Orange Juice / Grapefruit Juice
*** Equal Parts: Angostura Bitters / Allspice Liquor [ Alamea Pimento ]
